EASTC Foundation NPC processes personal information in line with South Africa’s Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). We collect only what is needed to administer donations, scholarships, partnerships, and enquiries.

We do not sell personal data. Access is limited to authorised staff and processors (hosting, email, payment). Card payments are entered on Yoco’s hosted page. This site does not ask for or store the card number. The contact form posts to a configured endpoint when one is set, and otherwise opens an email to the Foundation address. You may request access, correction, or deletion via info@eastcfoundation.org.za.
